Probably a lot of people wonder why I do it? Why would I want to seemingly create competition for myself? Many people are very sceptical about this because it may seem to them that I just want to make as much money as possible. I don’t know if you realize that a lot of people are driven by something more than money. The sale of my products on Amazon, the salary of the restaurant manager, the earnings from the blog and online courses allowed me to earn several thousand zlotys last month and I have been earning more and more for a long time. Sure, it makes me very happy and motivates me to work. However, I wouldn’t trade blogging, creating content, courses and videos for you for anything in the world. If someone today offered me a job for tens of thousands of zlotys a month in exchange for giving up my passion for blogging, personal development and online business I would refuse without a second thought.
Creating content for you, overcoming my weaknesses, using my skills to create something like my blog gives me great satisfaction. Like being a restaurant manager, because I’ve been associated with this place for years and I just care. Sure, it’s nice to make good money while doing it, but that’s what comes from doing something that interests us and gives us satisfaction, because then we are able to work simply well and with passion.
Don’t keep everything to yourself
You can’t be happy and successful in business how you hide everything for yourself. Success and happiness is an action for others. It may seem naive to you, but if you try to create and work to help others, you produce things and products that are needed by the way. Thanks to this, you have a good chance of success after meeting the needs of your customers. Focusing on yourself is often the opposite. In addition, the happiness and motivation you get in return is priceless.

Do I want to make money?
Of course I want to make as much money as possible—there is nothing wrong with making money. This will allow me to develop my blog From Waiter To Millionaire and give more value to my viewers. If I don’t make money, how can I share knowledge with you? Without the money, I wouldn’t be able to make free videos on my YouTube channel, a free online business course, buy recording equipment, etc.
To create the blog, buy hosting for the blog, plugins and themes for WordPress, hosting for videos for courses, pay my social security contributions, taxes, accounting, I have to have an income, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to maintain this and give you mostly free content. Remember that every business must earn so that it can exist. You probably want to make money too and want you to do better in life—there’s nothing wrong with it and it’s nothing unusual. The most important thing is to create valuable products and services that bring something to the lives of others.
It is worth realizing that you can simultaneously create valuable business, give value to others and earn well. These two things do not exclude themselves and I would say that it is quite difficult to give value without earning money.
The driving factor is something more than money
You can’t be motivated only by money, because over time you will come out of it badly. If you run an online business or perhaps a restaurant then you need to focus on creating good value and on helping others meet their needs. You have to create your brand and that’s the only way you can build a good business for years. Besides, when you make decent money, you start to understand how important the type of work you do and the lifestyle you run are.
Why do you need money when you hate every moment you spend at work? I think it’s worth trying to make money in a way that interests and fulfills us. By earning money on Amazon and on my blog, I feel like I’ve won the jackpot—I’m earning very good money and doing what I love.
It doesn’t matter if you work in a lousy job and earn little or maybe you run your own dream business and earn very well. In each of these cases, you spend a lot of time working under specific circumstances. It’s worth pursuing doing what makes us tick.

On my blog “From Waiter to Millionaire”, I create valuable content and help others—it’s my business idea combined with passion. For years, I struggled with problems and wanted to change my life. My blog helps many people overcome different barriers and thanks to it, I also overcome the next stages of my life. Creating a business in the form of a blog comprises the use of my specific skills, thanks to which I enjoy creating content. I personally suffered greatly in the aspects discussed on my blog. Sharing my way and solving my problems publicly gives me great satisfaction and simply helps me and my readers.
I don’t know if anyone will understand how much work and fight it took me to get to that moment in my life where I can share all this with you. If we’re talking about money and business then few people will understand how hard I worked as a restaurant manager and then went home and spent every spare moment for months creating my products on Amazon, while others went out for beer and laughed at the world. Few people will understand how much work it took me to get out of a small town and believe in myself. Dozens of books read and years of work on myself. Creating a blog, courses, working 7 days a week and lots of frustration while overcoming the next steps in my life and business.
